KUALA LUMPUR, June 22 — A woman in Brazil has made headlines after marrying a homemade rag doll — and now they have a baby together.

Meirivone Rocha Moraes, 37, said it was love at first sight when her mother first introduced her to Marcelo, The mirror reported.

To make things weirder, Moraes and Marcelo even have a baby together.

Moraes said his mother made him the doll after listening to his complaints about being single and having no one to dance with.

After being introduced to Marcelo, Moraes had a whirlwind romance and the couple decided to get married with the ceremony attended by some 250 guests.

Moraes said life with Marcelo was wonderful, although she admits her husband can be lazy.

The woman reportedly said it all started because she didn’t have a dancing partner.

“I went to these balls but I couldn’t always find a partner. Then he came into my life and everything made sense,” she reportedly said.

Recalling their wedding day, Moraes said it was wonderful.

“He’s a man I’ve always wanted in my life. Married life with him is wonderful.

“He doesn’t fight with me, he doesn’t argue and he just understands me. Marcelo is a wonderful and faithful husband. He is such a man and all women envy him. After the wedding, the couple spent their honeymoon in Rio de Janeiro.

The couple also welcomed their baby doll Marcelinho on May 21, Moraes broadcast the event live to an audience of 200.

“It really bothers me when people say it’s fake.

“It makes me so angry. I am a woman of character. My father and my mother taught me to be honest, to be a good person and not to take advantage of anything.
